The Property

 

This architect designed lodge occupies a safe and secure site within a small private estate.  Located  amidst the stunning beauty of theCairngormsm National Park, this wonderful Highland holiday home is ideal for large groups of family or friends, who want to enjoy the great outdoors together and, perhaps celebrate special occasions in comfort.   The accommodation sits across 3 buildings, linked by a spectacular indoor heated pool.  The main lodge sits generously over two floors and offers a selection of bedroom styles, most with en-suite. The main lodge sleeps 14. There are six bedrooms and six shower rooms. Most beds can be Zip & Linked to form Superkings.  The well-equipped kitchen has an adjoining utility room.  The sitting/dining area enables guests to gather together  to eat and  enjoy the roaring log fire

 

The gardeners cottage sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms.  It also has a large social area, well equipped kitchen and shower room and small garden area to the rear.

 

The lodge studio is a small one room apartment which sleeps two adults and two children and it also has its own kitchen and bathroom.

 

This Scottish holiday home benefits from an indoor heated swimming pool and spa.  The patio to the rear of the pool leads to a large flat area of garden....  During the summer months, this is the perfect place for children to run free and play, and for the adults to enjoy a pre-dinner glass of wine.  Moray Lodge offers total privacy and yet is only a five minute walk from the main square in Grantown on Spey.  Grantown is the capital of Strathspey and offers an abundance of small independent shops and eateries.  Located within the heart of the national park, Moray Lodge is half way between the Lecht and Cairngorm Ski areas. Aviemore town centre is a 25 minute drive away.    This unique lodge  will ensure an unforgettable holiday for all, at any time of the year. All our accommodation is Non Smoking. Although units are available separately, only the Lodge has access to the Swimming Pool.

 

 

 

 

 

Oil central heating with log fires. Electric ovens and hobs, microwaves, fridges, fridge/freezers, washing machine   dishwashers, TV with Freeview, Wine Cooler. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for fires available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.  cot and two highchair on request (please bring own cot bedding). Ample off road parking. Large, private enclosed lawned garden to front with seating area.  Sorry, no smoking. Shop  and pubs 5 minute walk.
